color thoughts

I plan to use colour in my second assignment to convey the state of my happiness. Using rich colours to start with and then when the part where my spirit is broken and I am left frantic and depressed from drugs a slow fade into black and white (affecting only my character) will take place. I plan to restore the colour of my character to its vividness once the character is filled with hope again once discovering that God is watching over him.

Assignment 2 ideas reflection

Assignment 2 will be about my journey into Christianity. The motion graphics movie will entail 2 minutes of crucial events that lead to my convincing that God is real. I plan to focus primarily on the events using monologue that I have recorded myself to drive the  narrative. I will be taking onboard the comments mad by my lecturer and really focus on fluid motion, colour and continuation of asthetics.

week 10 reflection

I aint impressed with how expensive plugins are. I am having a hard time finding a free plugin to bend my image in 3d. I have successfully done it using a AE shape and then applying 3d to it and then manipulating the surface using the puppet tools however I seem to not beable to do this with my image. I may have to ditch a curved leaf for my opening scene.

My Assignment 2 is under way. I am half way through digitally painting my scenes using a combination of hand drawn art (characters)and  creative commons photography (scenery) to create all my scenes.
I have realized I have some heavy animation sequences and will be testing ideas i have to make sure they are doable. These will be posted once completed.
